This policy explains what KampoCo, Inc. collects on this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is short because the site collects almost nothing.
What we collect
Nothing you type. There is no form on this site, no account to create, and nothing to sign up for.
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. We use those logs only to keep the site running and secure, and we do not connect them to a name or an identity.
What we do not do
- We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or session recording on this site.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
- We do not have a mailing list yet. If we add one, we will update this policy before collecting a single address.
Who we share it with
Our website host, which keeps the server logs on our behalf and is bound by contract to use them only to provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Server logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted on our host’s standard schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and a growing list of other states have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.
To exercise any right, email info@kampoco.com. We will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will answer within 45 days. Note that because we hold no account or contact record for you, there is usually nothing to retrieve beyond a short-lived server log.
Do Not Track and opt-out signals
We honor Global Privacy Control and similar browser signals. Since we do not sell or share personal information or serve targeted advertising, there is nothing for the signal to switch off.

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. We will update it before we begin collecting anything new, not after.
